I was doing a lot of things in my business from a mental perspective with very little room for my intuition to step in. I found it challenging getting the right balance between leading with my intuition and leading with my logical mind. I constantly felt drained like I was pushing too much for my business to look a certain way and trying to control every aspect of it. When I learnt the tools in this course I finally started to release the desire to control every aspect of my business. I started to trust the universe and what it had in store for me. I put aside time throughout each day to check in with myself and see how I was feeling and what I needed at that moment. Suddenly my days flowed better, I had more inner wisdom shining through and was able to make decisions that helped me harness my energy for things that mattered. After the course, I feel so much more in tune with my truth and connected to my business and myself on a more intimate level.

Due to an injury I have been forced to stay still. I have been battling with this forced stillness for 3 months now and I was just over it. Then today I spent the day re-listening to INSTINCT. I cleaned, changed my sheets, treated my body to delicious healthy homemade food... Now I’ve just sat down with a candle and some feminine energy yogi tea. And I let myself go in my journal and what came out was that’s it’s ok to be still, not to have a million thoughts racing all the time. It’s not that I’m disconnected, it’s that just at this moment I’m exactly where I need to be and I don’t need more. I’ve been living a million miles per hour for as long as can remember and now is the time to appreciate the stillness. It’s not like the other times that felt like the eye of the storm. This stillness feels like the calm birth of a new awakening. Like the perfectly still and slow start of a new, conscious, beginning. Thank you for all you have done that has helped me get here. ❤

This morning I felt angry, stressed, overwhelmed and on top of that I had a long list of tasks that needed to be done, such as clean the kitchen. I began to clean the kitchen, but could not ignore the clear feeling inside me telling me to ‘Stop, put the scrubbing brush down. The kitchen can wait. You need to journal’. My mind did not want to listen but after doing Vienda’s course it is getting harder and harder to ignore these inner whispers. So I put down the scrubbing brush, went into the lounge room, sat on the floor and journaled. This then led to some meditation, some gentle movement and I have to say, the kitchen is not yet clean, but I feel so much clearer and calmer. I released something, let go, processed things, just by tuning in and trusting that voice inside me that always knows exactly what to do. This is a small example. But these small examples add up. Before taking IntuiMethod, I was using my intuition but not with consistency. My mental was leading the game most of the time. I didn’t know if the course was right for me because I’m French and my English is not perfect but Intuimethod was fun and easy to follow. I loved her videos and the way she explains things with grace. After the course, the biggest difference I realized was my commitment. I decide to listen to my intuition and follow her, so trusting it is easier.

Before I started INSTINCT I was doubting my choices even if, deep down, I KNEW what my intuition was saying. I would hear my intuition, and say to her “not now”/”you’re wrong” but after I finsihed the course I finally gave myself permission to trust my own unique, precious intuition, allowing myself time to meditate and listen to her, before taking inspired action. I was also finally able to let go of rules (liberation!!!) and things started flowing in a new, beautiful way. And now I feel like I’m honouring my true self, all the time.

Before I started IntuiMethod my confidence was lacking. I’ve been suffering from anxiety and not listening to my own body but after having completed the course, I have tools ready and questions to ask myself on a daily basis. Intuimethod has made me sit down and map out ideas/projects to move forward with. I look at IntuiMethod as a constant learning system and will be referring back when I feel that I’m lacking direction.

I learned so much from you! I have been very successful in a male-dominated world and that’s not the type of world I want to live in anymore. You showed me how to shift my attention — by listening to my intuition — and now I relax into and breathe, instead of pushing through things. I have more calm and less hustle.
